Get ready for an unforgettable weekend filled with mouthwatering food, captivating entertainment, and the delightful ambiance of a charming small town! The 57th annual Wakarusa Maple Syrup Festival is set to take place on April 24th, 25th, and 26th, 2026. You won’t want to miss out on the incredible artisan vendors showcasing their unique products from across the region, as well as the tempting food trucks offering a delectable array of treats.

Experience the Maple Village along E. Waterford, where talented artisans will be offering a variety of maple products, including syrup, maple wood items, delicious maple snacks, and so much more. 

Seniors can also relax and enjoy the festivities in the Senior Oasis Tent, with wheelchairs available for those in need. Games, Entertainment & great informational booths will also be inside this tent.

**Important Information for Artisan, Craft Vendors, and Non-Profit Vendors**

Deposit and Fees: Please note that the total fee for participation does not include your $100 deposit. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the festival. If you did not reserve a space from last year, you must pay the deposit to secure your spot.

Space Assignment: Vendor spaces will be assigned by the organizing committee. This method ensures that all vendors are placed in locations that best suit their needs and the layout of the festival. Each vendor is limited to two spaces to promote a good mix and distribution of booths throughout the festival. This year, our booth spaces will be located in the center of the street and arranged back-to-back. Please note that space assignments will be communicated prior to the festival.

Special Requests: While we will do our best to accommodate any special requests regarding space assignments, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific placements due to availability.
